We found Tony Janko in 2017 when looking for a realtor - he was the real estate agent who had the highest sales in Hendricks county (where we lived at the time), which is why we decided to try his services. We presumed he must be pretty good at his profession. What a great decision! In our current buy and sell journey in 2021/2022 Toni and Tony have been extremely thorough, responsive and were proactive through the whole process. Any question we had was answered very quickly. They counseled us, looked out for our best interests with the builder and seller, and I always felt that I had a great team on my side. We have been blessed to have people who are so good at what they do when dealing with something as important and financially consequential. We used Tony in a previous sell and buy journey in 2017 and he did a wonderful job for us. Great advice, on top of everything in both the sell and buy process, very professional. Toni was the agent who most worked with us in our current buy and sell process and she has done as well of a job as Tony did for us previously. Both are very good at what they do! Janko Realty Group is absolutely amazing. We were referred to Toni by our daughter who knew we were having issues with our previous realtor and we were not disappointed. From beginning to end Toni answered every text, call, email; she always gave us her full attention even though we know she has multiple clients she is taking care of. We were never rushed, ignored, or treated like a nuisance although our home buying process was far from easy - no fault of Toni’s. We decided to build after searching for an existing home and having no luck. The building process was a bumpy one, but Toni stood up to the challenge. She asked our builder hard questions and continued to until she got an answer. She had our best interest in mind 100% of the time and always made sure to speak up for us when she thought something was not right. Even after we closed she called to check in on us and make sure things the builder promised were done. She stuck with us even though our situation was anything but ideal. We can’t recommend her enough. You truly will not find a realtor with the knowledge, compassion, and work ethic that she has. She puts her clients first, not her paycheck and that can’t be said of every realtor. Especially in todays housing market. Thank you, Toni! We could not have done this without you!

Janko Realty Group executed the sale of our home of 22 years and purchase of another home very quickly. A big thing we learned is how some realtors are much better than others. I don't quite understand why, but, like all industries, some are really exceptional at what they do. Just never realized fully how much the difference the top ones are in real estate. We got lucky!!! Trust in any professional you hire is so key to a good experience.
